By submitting information through the website, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

During pre-registration, we may collect:

• Minecraft username
• Referral code (if provided)
• Date and time of registration
• Technical information such as IP address and browser information where automatically collected by our hosting provider.
• Where you have accepted cookies, the advertising click identifier and campaign details of the visit that led to your registration.

We do not collect email addresses through pre-registration.

Your information may be used to:

• Confirm your pre-registration.
• Verify referral information.
• Associate future donations or purchases with your pre-registration where appropriate.
• Prevent duplicate or fraudulent registrations.
• Improve our services.

We will only use your information for purposes reasonably related to OmniSMP and its services.

We use a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the website to work as intended, and the rest are only set if you accept them when first asked.

Set regardless of your choice:

• A cookie recording which website or channel you arrived from, and a cookie recording a referral code if you followed someone’s referral link, so that referrals can be credited correctly. Both last 90 days.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without using cookies or identifying individual visitors.

Set only after you accept:

• Google Analytics, which measures how the website is used.
• Google Ads, which measures whether our advertising leads to people joining our Discord or pre-registering.
• Cookies recording the advertising campaign and click identifier that brought you to the site, so a pre-registration can be matched to the advertisement that produced it. These last 90 days.

If you decline, Google receives only anonymous, aggregated signals with no identifiers attached, and no advertising cookies are stored on your device. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage. Clearing your browsing data will cause you to be asked again.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing this website’s cookies and site data in your browser, which will bring the prompt back on your next visit.

Your information is stored securely using reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. Access is limited to authorised members of OmniSMP management who require access to perform administrative duties.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Information may only be shared:

• where required by applicable law;
• to protect the rights, security, or integrity of OmniSMP; or
• with trusted service providers who assist in operating our services.
