OmniSMP Rules
OmniSMP doesn't force you to follow a lot of rules. We want to give our players freedom, with some small restrictions.
01Disallowed Actions
No Cheating or Exploits
- Duping items or bugs
- X-ray (texture packs, mods, or resource exploits)
- Automatic scripts, macros, or auto-clickers
- Combat advantage mods (kill aura, reach, etc.)
No Disrespect
- Excessive vulgarity
- NSFW content
- Verbal harassment of other players
No Ban Evasion
- Rejoining on alternate accounts to bypass a ban
No Intentionally Lagging the Server
- Lag machines or other deliberate performance abuse
Note: griefing and stealing from other players are allowed. These are part of the experience, not against the rules.
02General Guidelines
We do not try to take away the vanilla experience, we only wish to elevate it. That is why our list of rules is short. We only ask that you keep the gameplay fair, avoid turning the chat into a 4chan post, and do not do anything to cause the server to become unplayable.
You are allowed to grief and to steal from other players. Be mindful of who you trust. Good luck to you all!
