By registering, you consent to receiving emails relating to OmniSMP, including development updates, launch announcements, account information, and other important communications.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications where applicable.

Submitting a pre-registration does not guarantee:

• access to the server;
• priority access;
• future rewards;
• acceptance into testing programmes; or
• any future benefits unless explicitly stated by OmniSMP.

Information collected during pre-registration may be used to associate future donations, purchases, or supporter benefits with your account where appropriate.

You agree not to:

• submit false information;
• impersonate another individual;
• abuse the referral system;
• attempt to interfere with the operation of the website.

OmniSMP provides the pre-registration service on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OmniSMP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the pre-registration website.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the pre-registration website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to OmniSMP, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
